The national distributors pay RDA quarterly. Our invoices are sent along with your checks monthly, so that there is no unnecessary delay of your cash flow. Our commission, which is a percentage of what we collect for you, depends on your number of locations, sales volume, and number of distributors. Our Services

Our working procedure is as follows: Once you become a client, all publishers, national distributors, and your servicing wholesaler(s) are notified, and sent a copy of the power of attorney. This power of attorney allows all claim forms (both electronic & manual) to be sent to us directly, so they can be completed on a timely basis. Sales information is obtained through your local wholesaler on a quarterly basis, in most cases electronically.

In addition to Consolidation of Retail Display Allowance claims, we can also advise you on marketing and merchandising of magazines, including category management, "highlight" programs, and cover display programs.
